2-Factor Authentication (2FA) on VIDAPAY
Questions about 2-Factor Authentication on VIDAPAY? Here are some helpful tips and tools to complete the process.
Getting Started
Click the notice on your portal to start the 2-Factor Authentication Process. Click the "Enable" button. This will take you to the VIDAPAY Portal to complete your 2-FA setup.
Enter Email Code
A temporary code will be emailed to the billing email account on file. Enter this code and click "Next" to complete the 2-FA process.
Be sure to click "Trust This Device" if this is a computer or phone you use regularly and trust.
OR Add Mobile Number
You can also add a mobile number where a unique code will be sent via text message. Enter this code to complete the 2-Factor Authentication process.
